Parcel Monitor Rebrand

Parcel Monitor required a refreshed brand identity to better reflect its evolving mission: To build a community that empowers the e-commerce logistics industry to deliver better customer experiences. As the in-house design lead on the rebrand, I drove the visual transformation, ensuring the new identity resonated with the changing needs and expectations of their target audience.

The Strategy

The rebrand was driven by the shift to reposition Parcel Monitor as more than a source of logistics data. By centering the brand around community, collaboration, and industry progress, we created an identity that better reflect its role in bringing together e-commerce professionals to shape better delivery experiences.

Visual Identity

To balance credibility with a sense of openness and community, professional foundation colours are paired with vibrant accents. This creates an overall visual system that feels approachable, optimistic, and adaptable across a the various brand touchpoints.

UI Illustrations

Alongside the rebrand, we introduced a suite of UI illustrations designed to make the parcel delivery journey more intuitive and engaging for their emails. Each scene was carefully crafted to balance functionality with storytelling.

The Outcome

The brand refresh reflects Parcel Monitor’s ambition to unite and inspire the e-commerce logistics community. Through a cohesive visual identity and thoughtfully crafted user touchpoints, the experience feels more approachable, connected, and future-focused - supporting meaningful engagement across every stage of the customer journey.
